UPDATE: Jan 29th, 2022
On January 20, 2022, the Government of Ontario released details outlining steps to lift the public.
Health measures cautiously and gradually, starting on January 31, 2022.
As a result of this announcement, Ringette Ontario is thrilled to welcome our Clubs, athletes, coaches, and officials back to resume practice and gameplay on January 31, per your local Public Health unit and facilities requirements.
Ringette Ontario strongly recommends that teams have a minimum of two on-ice practices prior to competitive gameplay. In addition, we urge athletes and coaches to be mindful of any physical and mental limitations as we resume the season and build towards the Championships in March and April.
Everyone is reminded to comply with all PHU and facility regulations, wear a mask, keep a safe distance in hallways and change rooms, wash your hands and sanitize regularly.
We want to thank our league coordinators, event hosts and Club volunteers eager to have teamed back to the ice. Ringette Ontario appreciates everyone’s time and hard work throughout this challenging season.
Questions can be directed to the Ringette Ontario Acting Executive Director, Karla Xavier, at executivedirector@
