Membership Services Report

Well the November 15, 2009 Deadline date has passed and to the best of my knowledge all associations have completed their online registration process. As of this writing I have received no word from the ORA Office of any outstanding problems.

As of today the following have been processed and approved:

• 4 Relocation's

• 20 Overage Players

• 30 Two Team players

• 148 Releases

On the ORA Database we show:

• 209 Teams in Western Region

• 24 – U7

• 13 – U9

• 28 – U10

• 32 – U12

• 30 – U14

• 21 – U16

• 21 – U19

• 40 – 18+

Releases are finished – the due date has passed. All other changes to TRF's must be made through the Information Change Form process. Additions, deletions, changes etc can occur up until January 8, 2010. After this date any changes are not legal for sanctioned play.

All Arena Audits are due at this meeting. Several have been submitted but many are outstanding.

I wish at this time to thank all of the association Registrars for their hard work and patience. It is a big job at this time of year and it has been done well.
