Coaching - Mike
See report. Check on clarification female coach...also check adult teams and Bunny. He will have it posted on the web when he receives clarification. On-line data base for coaching qualifications - you can check to see if your qualifications are correct. If you have upgraded notify Mary. Upgrading your first aid - every three years - send Mike a copy of your certificate. 1 valid manager on the TRF. (your team could have multiple managers).
Elite Development - Mary
Three (3) shot clocks are available - Stratford, St Clements, and Wellington North Should another association need it they will contact you for pick-up. Off year for the AAA team. Team will play in 2010. Any applications will be kept on file and we will re-announce in the early spring when we will be accepting applications.
Come Try Ringette - Goderich, posters are also available. Kitchener will take some extra brochures and posters and manual. Various associations have run or are trying this program and have been successful. Mitchell - 200 brochures. Supplies are ready to be sent to you whenever you need them. Let us know.
WORL A-AA - Peter
See report. Declaration meeting of AA on May 14th. Total of 43 teams A & AA teams in Western Region. (AA - 12, A - 31). Executive members listed. Thank you to Scott Board for being our past scheduler.
G & T - Janet
See report. On-line game reporting - registrar can set up your team as soon as you have your password. Correct level of play on all your reports is important. Valid bench staff - games should not be starting - under Ringette Canada Guidelines. Couple of players received match and misconduct at the end of the season last year. They need to sit out the appropriate number of games. Make sure you give us you correct email .....game scores must be in within 48 hours. Entering her 5th year as G & T coordinator - end of this season I will be done as G & T coordinator for Western Region. Anyone is interested, please contact. She will not do a 6th year. Gladly help someone as co-chair this year to show the ropes. 2 team agreement - membership services/games and tournament. New form is not currently available on the ORA website...please email Janet at the games and tournament website either Keith or herself will send you the form that will be used this season. Keith will post it to our website. They will talk you through how to fill out this form.

Chuck Weber has resigned from this position. Please contact if you are interested in this position. Accepting releases tonight. we will be following up with associations. We have had 4 tribunals this year. Procedure - release from the minor move up to an Adult team (even if in the same association). Check with SWIRL league for their policy.
Chairman's Report - Chris
See report. As part of the long term Athlete Development, starting next season, age groups will replace all division names. e.g. U10, U12, U14 One year overlap between U19 and Open.

9.0 Announcements:
Waterloo/Laurier University - Saturday October 4th - full day - registration at 9:30 a.m. anyone in the province is welcome. A fun packed day with various top notch speakers. $25 per person. Lunch included. Can hold up to 400 people.
Goderich tournament - come, registration forms on back table B & C 24-26 of October.
Mitchell tournament - November 28-30 - entry forms available.
London tournament - November 5-7....October 31st London ringette will be on the ice at the London Knights game. March 5-8 Provincial AA in London
Sault Ste Marie - November 5-7
