Elite Report: November 19, 2009

The AAA Western Region Team has been very successful in their first Challenge cup. This was held in North Bay the weekend on October 16-18.

The results of their games were:

Central 1 Western 8

East 4 Western 8

Northwest 3 Western 2

South 3 Western 5

Northeast 1 Western 8

The final game was between the Northwest and Western. When all was said and done, the score was Northwest 2 and Western 4. The players played hard, fast and with intensity all weekend.

The results of the first Challenge Cup will certainly heighten the intensity and make for an exciting second Challenge Cup. This will be held in St. Marys with games Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
