Member services report Western region

The season has started with a new registration system which has had its minor bumps or clichés but seems to be working and every one says it has been very easy to work with and use. So far to this point there have been 120 releases plus 5 more grant for out of region play. I had to return a bunch of releases do to the fact they were not filled out properly. I still have not received most of those releases back and if they are not in my hands by Nov 15 2007 than the players must return to there home associations. I have a request for and overage contract from Woolwich with three belle players moving down to fill the junior team and play at a B level North Waterloo league has approved this move of players. Here is a break down of releases

3 Novice 12 provincial Petite, 26 tween AA, 16 tween A, 18 Junior AA, 13 Junior A, 12 Belle AA, 15 belle A and 5 Belle B

Some of those numbers will go up if the releases are returned to me filled out properly.
