Member services report Western region

This now the start of a new season and with it we have some new things to learn and do as well.

The first thing of course is the new way to register teams for ORA it should be online by September 21 2007 a password will be given to each Association president the only people allowed on the system at the start and the only ones allowed to make changes will be the registrars until the system is working right and only after member services okay it.

Trf will still have to be signed by Head coaches and sent into the ORA offices before teams play any tournaments if they are not sent to the office before teams play tournaments teams will also be subject to a fine.

The double A and single A are picked the dates for releases are as follows Sept 15 2007 for AA and Sept 30 for Single A all other releases by Oct 30 2007 make sure they are filled out properly or they will not be allowed also if they come in after Nov 15 2007 you will be fine $50.00 per release that is late also any release not receive for said player, this player can not play in any tournaments until release is approved and there will be fines for each game they play with out an approved release.

Arena audit will be do by Nov 15 meeting any late audits will also be subject to fine of $50.00 per arena.
