WESTERN REGION ADULT DEVELOPMENT

2007-2008

Hello to all and welcome to the 2007-2008 Ringette season. I am the new Western Region Adult Development Coordinator. Let me take a moment to introduce myself; my name is Charlene Zimmerman and I've been an enthusiastic member of the Ringette family since 1978. I took my first executive position when I was 17 years old, and have never looked back. Ringette is my passion.

It is my hope, to continue to recruit women to the sport, encourage growth and development, and fine tune existing programs.

I'd like to encourage all of you to think about contributing to the growth of adult Ringette across our region. If you have any ideas, suggestions, questions about how to develop an adult program, please feel free to contact me at any time.

For those adult teams that have been going strong for several years, I'd be interested in any feedback regarding successes, pitfalls and improvements you may have to offer.
