Proposal for Formation of AA and A Teams: The ORA Board has released a proposal that was presented at the November Board meeting for discussion by committees and the membership with any comments/ideas/options to returned by January 4, 2009. You may view the proposal in HTML or PDF. This will be on the discussion panel at our meeting please take time to read and if possible get members input the timing on this is short.

Please do not forget to bring to this meeting 2 copies of all TRF's one for coaching and one for G&T also all of your coaching conduct forms signed. For Provincial Teams we need your intent to proceed forms and your Provincial Deposit of $1100 per team.

Also do not forget that this meeting will open up discussion on future directions for Western Region and lay the groundwork for January when we will be bringing any suggested changes to the floor for acceptance
