The following documents are due at this meeting if not already submitted:
- Two copies of the signed TRF for all association teams 1 for G&T and 1 for Coaching
- An Arena Audit for all arenas used by each association
- Signed Coaching Code of Conduct for each teaminyour association
- Intent to Proceed forms original and payment
- The fees for those teams attending the 2010 Provincial (AA) event in Nepean will be:
- U12 and U14 - $1150
- U16 and U19 - $1200
- The fees for teams attending the 2010 Provincial (A) event in West Ferris will be:
- U12 U14 U16 U19 and 18+ - $1150
