All Volunteer Recognition Program Award Nomination Forms are to be submitted to the appropriate Provincial or Regional Volunteer Recognition Award Selection Committee on or before APRIL 1st of each year.

The following Provincial Awards are to be submitted in writing, accompanied by a detailed resume, to the Provincial Volunteer Recognition Award Selection Committee via the O.R.A. business office:

• Provincial Builder

• Community Builder

• Provincial Coach of the Year

• Provincial Official of the Year

• Provincial Player Recognition Awards (3), (Offensive, Defensive and Goalie)

• Provincial Contribution Award – Adult Divisions

• Provincial Association of the Year

• Provincial Corporate Sponsor of the Year

The following Regional Awards are to be submitted in writing, accompanied by a detailed resume, to the Regional Volunteer Recognition Award Selection Committee:

• Regional Coach of the Year

• Regional Official of the Year

• Regional Player Recognition Awards (3), (Offensive, Defensive and Goalie)

• Regional Contribution Award – Adult Divisions

• Regional Association of the Year

• Regional Volunteer

• Regional Corporate Sponsor of the Year

• Pat Redman Award

To assist and promote the idea of the Volunteer Recognition Program within our region, WRRA will complete the following tasks:

• Create an online "Volunteer Recognition" submission form on the WRRA website

• Post a notice on the WRRA website outlining the Volunteer Recognition Program

• Email all Association’s contacts, informing them of the Volunteer Recognition Program
