see report. Profit sharing from 2000 Regionals - handout of cheques to various association. Regional dues outstanding, the cost is now $60. Elora, Owen Sound, Ripley, Tara and Stratford. Remember your ORA dues of $75 - some association are still outstanding.

1. Co-ordinator Reports:

Coaching: certified more coaches than we ever have, 135 people. Thank you to St Clements, Stratford, Hanover and Dorchester. Bernie Colburn was an excellent presenter for the Level 2 coaching, hosted by London. Level 2 evaluator is needed for our region. You need to be a fully certified Level 2 coach.

Adult Development - Laura/Sandra

We still are in need of a host for the Adult Provincials.

Games & Tournament - Keith

Ginette and I need your TRF's, send them as soon as possible. Conference Meeting on December 10^th for seeding purposes, to be held in Kitchener. Your e-mail address is needed, key tool for communication. Please notify Keith with your e-mail address. The Stat's are on the web site. Tournament results on the ORA web site, soon as information is available.

Membership Services - Brian

Arena Safety Audit form - MFIT form in manual or off the web site, a few outstanding.

Level 2 - waiting for resources

Sport Development - Karen

Mrs. Miles - Avon Xmas ornaments presentation. Stratford has tried this. $10 + tax for a set of 3. Tatoos, rings for threes. Gym ring equipment - Mt. Forest & St. Mary's. National Team - down load Secondary level - Waterloo, Cambridge/Kitchener exhibition ringette games - this year may not be a good year to approach, extra-curricular sports at the Secondary level. Ringette recruitment - Forest submit letter to Doug.

see report. AAA Coach selection, December 17^th. Debate on whether to continue with the Challenge Cup or play by Region. Discuss with your association and bring back your feedback to the next meeting.

Outreach program - Wiarton, money to be applied to their new program to meet their promotional needs.

1. New Business:

1. Kealey Brown is the goalie for the Canadian National Team. The executive is supporting the proposal of a $200 donation towards her costs to participate on this team.

Motion - Chris, Vice-Chairman/St Clements - Western Region to sponsor Kealey for $200 for her participation on the Canadian National team.

Discussion: Community Service Work, maybe goalie clinic when available. Any associations who would like to help sponsor feel free to do so.

1. Tillsonburg Ringette - Dave Demery - write-up in newspaper 26 new novices! Send newspaper clipping to the ORA.

1. Remember Ringette Canada rule of only a 7 goal spread per game.
2. At our next meeting on January 18^th, don't forget to bring your $200 non-refundable deposit per team for Regionals 2001. $100 for bunnies. Also, your Provincial team fee is due on February 1^st. Tentative prices for the Provincials: Petite - Tween = $875, Junior and up = $900 Adult Provincials are not included.
3. Seaforth tournament flyer to be picked-up.
