Guest Terry Watters made a presentation to the meeting on "Committees". Excellent presentation and Mary thanked him and presented him with a token of appreciation.

G&T - Keith is still working on getting 3 more pads for Regionals.

Team Accommodations problem. Keith advised meeting of problem and advised ASA is our sponsor and we require our associations to book through them for our tournaments. Contrary to what Team Accommodation has stated, our sponsor does benefit associations through its contribution to the Region, thereby allowing us to set the entry fee at a lower rate.

Prelims are at Tillsonburg.
