See Report. 3 CSI Clinics have been held, approximately 70 new coaches. Another clinic to be held in December 16th in Elora/Fergus. On ice component - register through ORA. ORA deadline is January 8th, 2007. Check qualifications. Send a copy to Mary, any new qualifications.
Discussion. Volunteer bond cheques will be needed for our March meeting....volunteer work at
the Regionals. Shot Clock operators will be a paid position, you must be an experienced
operator.

9.0 New Business/Announcements
All bench staff and volunteers ...must have police checks completed by January 8th. OPP and your local Police handle checks differently. Each sport would be handled separately. Each association president/vice should have ownership for these checks. Every volunteer, including adult or bunny should have a police check. Send summary for your association including all names of people having police checks to Mary.
Tuesday is wear your ringette jersey to school day. National Ringette week (next week).

Bring to this meeting: $200 non-refundable deposit for Regionals 2007 (for each team) and your monies for Provincial Team fees, deadline of February 1st.
Note: $50 fine for referee's who are not registered.
Game scores can only be a 7 goal spread....this is a rule of the sport.
