7.1 Adult Development - To Mary by January 8^th, 2003 your intent to proceed to Provincials. Your $200 non-refundable deposit will be due, and change of information form.

7.2 Athlete Development - Karen

See High School Ringette Tournament form. St Michael Catholic S S will be the host. Maybe a second one to be held in March.

7.3 Coaching - Kate/Mike

Four (4) Level I Clinics have been run so far. A Level II clinic will be coming up on November 30 and December 1. Discussion re: Tillsonburg coaching qualifications

7.4 Elite - Luc

Team Ontario won the final in Regina, Saskatchewan, won gold. Jessica Mitchell scored the winning goal in a shoot out. She was the only girl on the team from Western Region.

General Meeting

A & AA

Home team submits scores for the web site. Game re-scheduling going well. December 11^th will be the next meeting. Bring your ice times for January - March and your tournaments (when booked).

7.5 Games and Tournaments - Ginette, Keith

Shot Clocks are available, see website. Coaching Manual is on the website. Posters are available. Volunteer forms for Nationals. Invite your team, family to come and watch. Regionals - souvenir table will be either Doug E or Ringette Store. Hudson Travel is not involved this year. Getting quotes from hotels in Kitchener/Waterloo area. Lists to be published with rates on the website when available. Ice to be finalized soon. Seeding meetings in December - January. Discussion. Approach ORA Board to suggest all A teams play. FYI - Watch on November 30^th, at 1:30 p.m. on CBC the Ringette World game. Rogers will be televising the gold/silver game. If you have an E-mail address, please give to Ginette. (one address per team would be great).

7.6 Membership Services - Ken

Arena Audit forms and Release forms, deadline tomorrow, November 15^th. Overage player approvals, Mary to send letters to those concerned.

Volunteer Recognition (see page 24 in the Membership Services section in the ORA manual). Deadline is April 1^st. Provincial Awards are to be sent to the ORA office. Any Regional Awards to be sent to either Ken or Mary.

1. Shot Clock - Shot Clock's are ready for distribution. Forms to be sent to Luc or Mary. Report back from A,B,C teams for the Trillium Grant. Association is responsible to get the shot clocks back, ready for the next association. Tournaments will be the first priority, A & AA second priority, and B & C league play third. See the website for reservation form and schedule. Encourage all levels to use the shot clocks except Novice age group. Forest is getting Shot Clocks for lacrosse play.



2. Chairman:

Reminder to Coaches to wear helmets. Mouth guards are also recommended.

Provincial monies - check web site for cost. The cost last year was $900/$950

$200 non-refundable is due at our January meeting for Regionals 2003.
