World Championship Tournament Trophy (on table at the side) - available in Ontario for the next 5 months. Booked on a first come first served basis. Contact Luc to book it for your association. It will be in Western Region until another region would like it in theirs.

Membership Services - Ken

See report. Release deadline is November 15th, 2003. Bunny releases. Arena audit due by November 15th, also. Go to ORA website for forms - under appendices.

Coaching - Mike

See report. New program offered CBET. Community Stream (B & C) and Competitive Stream (A & AA). Deadline for TRF's is November 15th, 2003 and they are to be the ORA and copies to Western Region (Ginette). NCCP photocopy of card from all your bench staff members, send to Western Region. January 8th, 2004 is the final deadline for changes. Full level 2 female on the bench for Tween AA and above.

A & AA League

See report. A League - first meeting will be held on September 17th, 2003 at the Upper Optimist Hall in Stratford. Elora/Fergus - Eastern Canada AA Championships and Thunder Bay - applied to host.

Games & Tournament - Ginette

G & T needs a new Co-ordinator, Ginette is retiring.

Regionals 2004 - April 2-4, 2004 in London. The City of Waterloo gave us a 40% subsidy when we held them in Waterloo. Unfortunately, The City of London is not as forthcoming. We will use Argyle, Carling, Stronach, Western Fair arenas. Do not book your rooms yet, Keith is working on sponsorship deal. Prelims dates coming early February/late February. Pick-up your G & T manual at the back of the room.
