Due to last minute adjustments to the schedule, the Regionals 2005 schedule was unable to be completed and printed for this evenings meeting.. It should be completed in the next couple of days, and it will be posted to the website. Tournament costs, will remain the same as last year - Regional teams $475 and Adult teams $500. Reminder to registration before your first game. If possible register your teams and make your final payment on the Wednesday, March 23rd at the West End Recreational Arena (host arena) from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. ASA has rooms available. Don't forget to bring your gift(s) for the prize table, let's make it the best yet. (one gift per team)

9. Chairman's Report - Mary

Clinics start in September. If you are able to host a Coaching or Officiating Clinic, bring to the AGM.

The AGM for Western Region will be held on Thursday, April 28th, at 7:30 p.m. here at the Spruce Lodge, Stratford.

8 Wild Card sports - Western Regional attained 4 positions

ORA - AGM is May 27-29, 2005 at the Delta Hotel on Dixie Road, Toronto. You are encouraged to attend the AGM even if you only attend the meeting portion on the Saturday afternoon.

10. Announcements:

St Thomas Summer School - July 17 - August 28 on Sundays from 6-9 p.m. $80 per person. See website. They can accommodate up to 140 registrations. First come, first served.
