Provincial host - tentative but unofficial at this time

6.3 Games & Tournament - Ginette

Provincials start March 11^th - hosts for 2001 are Whitby and West Ferris

Tween A 15 prelims to be held Feb 16-18 2 wild card positions

Junior A 14 prelims

Belle A 10 prelims

All AA teams will participate

Championship teams need to be identified by February 21^st. Planning for Regionals 2000 are underway. Hosts for arenas needed. Volunteers needed for the raffle table. Each team as they register at the Regionals, bring a donated prize (e.g. from your sponsor). Let Ginette know.

deadline of April 1^st for Volunteer Recognition forms must be in to Brian. See page 19 of the Manual for the criteria.

Outreach for Masters team (Stingers) playing in SWIRL.

Motion by Cynthia Robertson/Waterloo The Stingers request that Western Region subsidize the amount of their registration, insurance and association fees for the 2000-2001 ringette season. Discussion followed. Called the vote. Motion defeated.

Promotional requests to be given to Doug Miners.

Next meeting is March 8^th, at the Spruce Lodge.
