Resignation accepted from Jeff Clark as Officiating Co-ordinator. Interim Appointment- Bill Kaiser, Officiating Co-ordinator for the rest of the 2002-2003 season.

Promotional Awareness - Mt Forest request for promotional funds to cover advertising costs of $237.95. Approved by the Board.

Elite Development - Luc

See Report. Currently accepting application for Head Coach position for the Western Region All Star Team for 2003-2004. The age category at present is Belle and under (age 17 and under).

A League - Constitution changes by e-mail to Janet Logan at jlogan@netrover.com by March 8th. AGM will be held on Tuesday, April 8th at the Upper Optimist Hall in Stratford.

9.0 Chairman's Report:

Ringette Nationals to be hosted in Waterloo on March 31st - April 6th, 2003

The Region is 20% partner in this venture. Contact Mary to volunteer for helping that week. Looking at a special price for team's to attend as a whole, price to be announced. RCMP Youth Seminars on that week. National site - volunteer form (not on site yet). Junior, Belle, Open age levels. shot Clock forms have been sent in to date. AA Provincials held in Cambridge March 13-16, and A Provincials held in London March 6-9. Keeley Brown, goalie from Team Canada (gold medal winner from Canada National Team 2003) will come and help promote the sport in your area. Also, the Gaudet girls from Cambridge will as well.

Positions open on the Executive are Chairperson, 1st Vice-Chair, Secretary and all Co-ordinator positions.

It is recommended that for the Chairperson position that you have participated at least 1year on the Board.
