Prelims/Regionals 2004 - Regionals will be no more than $25 per team extra

Prelims - $475 - Ice is in place in Stratford. Remember to use ASA Travel.

Regionals - looking for sponsorship monies.

Wild card positions - Petite, Junior, Belle - 35 AA teams (8 Petite, 8 Tween, 8 Junior, 6 Belle, 4 Open)

Package tonight TRF's check over to ensure they are correct.

Volunteers - minor officials, arena managers, etc.

5 new evaluators - 55-60 officials are needed for the Regionals. Register on the web site.

8.0 1st Vice-Chairman - Chris

40th Anniversary of Ringette - essay writing contest. Winners on ORA website. Publishing some of these essays on the web? Checking into this. AGM booklet possible or under separate cover.

9.0 Chairman's Report - Mary

Tribunal update - the parents are appealing to a lawyer. A joint (Ken, Ginette, Mary, Keith and Jeanette) response was sent to the lawyer - have not heard anything back to date.

ORA Board meeting was held in Sudbury, end of November.

Jackie L., President of ORA update - Jane Casson, Vice-President Technical is fulfilling her obligations if unwell to attend.
