Notes
As a reminder, each team that plans to attend the year-end Regional Tournament (spring 2019) is required to submit a $200 deposit by November 22, 2018. The final tournament fee is still to be determined and communicated at a later date.
Payment options available:
1. E-transfer to Astrd Eastman * Please include the name of Association name of Team (level of play) and Team ORA # in comments of e- transfer. ORA # can be found on your team's TRF or from your Association's Registrar.
2. Cheque payable to Western Region Ringette Association and submitted to Astrd Eastman - Treasurer at the next WRRA meeting at Spruce Lodge Thursday, November 22, 2018. If you have any additional questions concerning this payment please contact Astrid Eastman - Treasurer at Astrd Eastman
For this year's Regionals WRRA has partnered with local hotels offering preferred rates on hotel rooms & suites which cater to the needs of the ringette community. Please use the link on the right menu to view the current information.
Expectations
- It is expected that the delegates to the General Meetings will review these reports prior to attending and thus be prepared with questions, discussion and comments as appropriate. This will lead to quick and efficient meetings with well-thought-out feedback for our executives.
- It is also expected that meeting delegates will take the time to print off copies of the reports they require, bring them to the meeting and save the executive and coordinators bringing extra copies.
- It is hoped that by providing this facility on the website all members of the Western Region will have access to the information available and we can assist their delegates to ensure that all required information circulates throughout our membership.
