A reminder that all associations should be bringing their Regional Team Deposits of $200 per team U8 through 18+. While the budget cannot be set until the registration process is complete so that we can determine exact costs it is anticipated that there will be at most a $25/team increase from the last two years. $250 for U8, $600 for U9 - U19 and $625 for 18+. Please note we will not need TRF's only deposit cheques made out to Western Region Ringette and a detailed list of the Teams attending.

Unlike previous years the final payment for the Regionals will not be on the Thursday Night of the tournament but at the February 27, 2014, Regional Meeting. Policies have changed and Guelph is requesting upfront payment for the complete ice invoice.

Expectations

• It is expected that the delegates to the General Meetings will review these reports prior to attending and thus be prepared with questions, discussion and comments as appropriate. This will lead to quick and efficient meetings with well-thought-out feedback for our executives.
• It is also expected that meeting delegates will take the time to print off copies of the reports they require, bring them to the meeting and save the executive and coordinators bringing extra copies.
• It is hoped that by providing this facility on the website all members of the Western Region will have access to the information available and we can assist their delegates to ensure that all required information circulates throughout our membership.
