B/C Game Reporting

The Game Reporting process for all Western Region Ringette Leagues has is currently the same for the 2007-08 season. All "B" and "C" teams playing in Huron Perth, Grey-Bruce, North Waterloo and Talbot Trail Leagues are now responsible for submitting their game scores to Western Region online. All games, both League and Exhibition, are to be reported by both the Home and Visiting team within 48 hours. All Tournament games must be submitted online within 48 hours of the Tournament's completion. It will be the responsibility of the League Statistician/Executive to ensure that all teams within their League are complying with the policy. These submissions will be used to generate all necessary reports for Western Region G and T and also form the basis for team seeding recommendations and Regionals'07 scheduling.

Proper completion of this form will update an online database with your game details, send an email to Western Region G&T and also send a confirming email back for your records providing you included a valid email address with your submission. It is important that you include a valid ORA team number for both your team and your opponent to insure that all statistics are applied correctly. If there are two teams in an association at the same age group and playing level this is the only way we can identify the team involved. We recognize that, especially early in the season, this number is not always available. If this is the case then put in Team or Team 2 or Team 3 etc until we have a ORA team number. Note it is the responsibility of the Home eam at each game to insure that both teams mark their ORA number on the game sheet.

We have included a comment field. This is intended to allow capturing of referee write-ups on the game sheet. If properly used this will serve as your official notification to G&T concerning major penalties. If there are other items of a serious nature that must be communicated this comment section is available but we are trying to stay clear of comments like "Good Game" or "great Officials".

Currently all errors and problems in game score entering are to be reported via email to aastats@wrra.ca. On the BC Game reporting page we have included a click on link to facilitate change requests. Please, if you have resubmitted a game let us know to remove the error submission. Under the game report selection tab there is a form which will allow you to select what leagues, associaiton, age group, level you wish to review. You should be able to select right down to a team if you wish using this process. If you are unsure about a game you entered use this reporting function to check on it. As soon as you eneter a game it is on the reports.

At the end of each month Western Region will generate Monthly Game reports for each team that has reported using this system. The latest reports will be accessible in PDF format at all times. If the system is working correctly this will replace current submission procedures but do not switch until we have all the bugs worked out of the present system.
