WORL President Peter Westelaken called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. moved by Waterloo and seconded by Chatham.

Agenda:
- No additions to the agenda were made.
Minutes:
The minutes of the September 13th meeting were read and approved by Keith Kasier and seconded by Treasurer Donna Jones.
Schedule:
- Open A teams will play a double home and home schedule with 2 Open Teams
- Belle AA schedule still to be completed
- Peter Westelaken Chairman reminded everybody to make sure cancelled games – teams need to let conveners know.
- Mitchell has conflict December 11th in Chatham @ 3:00 p.m. back in Mitchell for a 7:30 p.m. game. Scott to check into it.
Match Penalties:
- Discussion on Match Penalty
- Player must serve 2 scheduled games as her suspension
- G & T coordinator must be notified within 48 hours by both teams
- 2 game sheets with her name on & then stroked off need to be sent in as proof she sat out.
- League can adjust length of suspension due to the circumstances.
New Business:
1. Web Site:
- Keith Kasier now has the web site set up for - Non League Games
- Exhibition Games
- Tournament Games
- If people use this – Keith will get game results to G & T
- Eventually hoping to get away from having to send in game sheets
2. Rule Change Year:
- Peter reminded the teams that this is a rule change year – one bench staff is required to attend a clinic
- Teams:
- Exeter Petite "C" request an eye be kept on Goderich Petite "C" as the probably shouldn’t be a "C" team because they are using 3 tweens.
- Shot Clocks
- Reminder from Mary Kasier that 5 associations have shot clocks and can be contacted to have them for your tournaments.
Adjournment:
A motion was made to adjourn meeting at 8:45 p.m. by Guelph seconded by Waterloo.
