  1. Rescheduling of Games: Conveners will monitor rescheduling game changes to see how this is working.

A discussion was held on enforcing the WORL by-law 5.2.

Schedule:

 

Motion:

Forest motioned to have the Petite Division scheduled so every team plays all teams in the first half. Exeter seconded this motion.

Prelims:

There was much discussion on the prelims being held for AA during the Waterloo tournament (exam time). Stratford offered to host this during their tournament January 13 – 15. After a lot of discussion it was decided to leave the AA prelims during the Waterloo tournament.

TRF’S:

Janet Logan reminded everyone that our TRF’s should be into the ORA League before our schedule starts. (Beginning of October)

Shot Clock:

Officiating:

Motion: Bill Kaizer made a motion to take the AA section of this league and schedule refs. The refs will be paid $25.00 each which includes mileage in Belle and Open by the home association and in Tween and Junior refs will be paid $20.00 by the home association. Where possible Bill will try to use 1 local official. Seconded by Chatham.

Much discussion was held on this motion.

Meetings:

After some discussion it was decided to hold meeting when needed.

The G & T Handout book for coaches will be handed out at the Western Region meeting on Thursday September 15, 2005. Please make sure all coaches get a copy of this book and only use papers (forms) from this book.
