Feedback to go back to Peter Westelaken if there are concerns about the minimum number of home association players needed to declare/host a team for the upcoming season.
Closest/Chosen
After clarification of the proposed closet/chosen motion that is going forward to the ORA AGM, some questions were asked:
1 - Can the chosen association refuse to sign the release of a player in the second (third) year, if a closer association, other than the home association offers that level of play?? Yes
Peter is looking for guidance from the WORL associations at large as to whether he should proceed with supporting this motion on behalf of the region. 10 in favour; 2 abstaining - passed
