no report - shot clock - Intermediate Provincials AA - Ontario Winter Games - Provincials
Junior will overlap - to be rescheduled - code of conduct - 2 summer tournaments -
Oshawa - Camp Ice Sports - Oshawa - Host needed for the Prelims - 60 hours of ice - to
be held approx 3rd weekend in February - Chatham volunteered - reserve ice for full
compliment and then we can turn back what we don't need.
6.3 Membership Services - Brian
see report - criteria for Volunteer Recognition is in the ORA Manual on page 23-31 - if
your Association has a member in the Provincial Hall of Fame, that person is a life
member of ORA and pays no registration fees - registration by computer, contact ORA -
Tryout/Release Form clarification - sample form - Arena Safety Survey form to be sent to
Co-ordinator and then he/she will send as a package to ORA.

no report - without a co-ordinator it made for a most interesting year.
6.6 Sports Development - Cory
no report - Jack and Deb Kemptra, Kristen Smart & Tamara Kerr invited to the Ringette Nationals in Halifax - anyone interested in the position?? talent to share - sponsorship coming on bigger - money available from a grant - purchase more sets of gym ringette equipment - fundraiser (conditioner, shampoo, shower gel) $8 - sell it for $10 - $15

Jane Larkworthy & Committee did a great job - coaching qualifications still an issue -

Lack of 2nd Vice-Chairperson and an Officiating Co-ordinator made for a trying year. It is most important to fill these positions. Thanks to Doug, John and Jeff Clark for setting the schedule for the officials at Regionals '99 - 142 teams (17 Bunnies) Thank you to Don Dagenais for scheduling the games and John for officials - thanks to the teams for coming - Ginette & Sheila thanks for all your help
